AIR FRYER CHINESE BUFFET CRAB CASSEROLE

Air Fryer Chinese Buffet Crab Casserole Recipe is amazing. If you have ever been to a Chinese Buffet, you know exactly what I am talking about, lumps of crabmeat smothered in cheese and oh so good.

This dish is made differently depending on where you live, but they all start with lump crab meat (usually imitation) and include a topping of mozzarella cheese. I included diced red peppers and scallions served in my local Huhan Chinese Buffet. But others across the country have noted that theirs included celery and onions; if you love them, add them.

You can add or take out anything that you want. I used my broiler feature for this dish in my Air Fryer, but if you do not have a broiler feature in your air fryer, you can do one of two things. Place it into your oven and broil for a couple of minutes, or just air fry it until all of the cheese is melted. If you choose the second option, make sure you check frequently. Otherwise, you are going to end up with a burnt top.
